Pricing & Payment

  • Rate Inclusions: All prices quoted are based on prevailing rates from our suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). These rates are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
  • Taxes and Fees: Prices are typically inclusive of applicable government taxes (such as GST in India) unless stated otherwise. However, certain local "city taxes" or "resort fees" may be payable directly at the destination.
  • Currency Fluctuations: For international bookings, prices may fluctuate based on the exchange rate at the time of final payment.
  • Service Fees: MyAirTrips.com may charge a nominal service/planning fee for customized itineraries and flight-only bookings to ensure high-quality, personalized support.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Airline and hotel prices are dynamic. A quote provided today is not guaranteed until a booking reference (PNR) is generated and payment is processed.

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting the strict terms set by our travel partners.

We understand that plans change. Standard cancellation charges are:

  • 45+ Days Before Departure: Minimal administrative fee or as per supplier terms.
  • 30–44 Days Before Departure: 25% of the total package cost.
  • 15–29 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days: 100% (Non-refundable).

Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable. Refundable tickets are subject to airline-specific penalties plus a MyAirTrips.com processing fee.

Non-Refundable Services: Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and "strictly non-refundable" hotel rates are excluded from any refund.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment. Please allow 15 to 30 business days for the amount to reflect in your account due to banking and supplier procedures.
